STM Osteopathic Treatment Center is NOT a primary care provider and does not offer family practice services. We are a specialist clinic concentrating on musculoskeletal pain, headaches, long term chronic pain and other issues.
New Patients: To make an appointment, call 285-2646. Most insurance companies do not require a referral.
After you have made your appointment, you will be sent a new patient packet in the mail. Please fill out all forms and bring them with you to your first appointment (do not mail them). Included in your packet will be instructions for your first visit. . Please read all information carefully.
Plan on your first appointment lasting an hour to an hour and a half.
What to Wear and What not to Wear:
Wear loose clothing, such as elastic waist pants and t-shirt
Do not wear blue jeans
No perfume or cologne
No panty hose , tights or leggings
Arrival Times: In order to be respectful of other patients and provide care to all patients in a timely manner, we ask that you be on time for your scheduled appointment.
New patients should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time.
Established patients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.
Late arrivals/No-shows: If you arrive more than ten minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it may limit our ability to see you. We will make every effort to accommodate you, however, we may need to ask you to reschedule to another day and time. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered as a “no-show” and will be rescheduled.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to be seen.
