Location

The Osteopathic Treatment Center is located in the Rehabilitation Services building on the St. Thomas More Hospital campus at 1338 Phay Avenue.  After coming in the main entrance, ask to be directed to the Osteopathic Treatment Center.  (Do not wait in the rehab/CCOM reception area!)
